Chai Spiced Energy Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw pecans
- 10 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cardamom seed (remove pod)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- dash of sea salt
- dash of black pepper (optional)

In a food processor, pulse the almonds, pecans, and the cardamom seed until they form a coarse meal. Aim for small grains rather than completely pulverized flour if you prefer a bit of texture.

Add the pitted dates, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, nutmeg, cloves, sea salt, and a dash of black pepper if using. Process until the dates are fully incorporated and the mixture comes together like a sticky dough. If it seems too dry, add a teaspoon of water at a time until it holds.
