Ingredients

  • 1/2 c olive oil
  • 1/3 c lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 T honey
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 – 1/2 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl or a 2-cup measuring cup. If desired, start with half the Dijon and whisk well to combine.
