What you need to make this Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie:
- Strawberries: Frozen strawberries replace the usual frozen banana here. If you like a thick, cold smoothie, use frozen berries. If you don’t have frozen fruit, add ice, though it can dilute flavor.
- Strawberry Yogurt: Use regular or dairy-free yogurt; vanilla works well as a substitute.

Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 8-9 frozen strawberries, medium to large
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt, or vanilla yogurt
- 1 1/2 T cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add another 1/4 cup milk and blend again.
