Ingredients 

  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 3 c peaches, fresh or frozen, sliced
  • c milk, regular or dairy free
  • ½ c Greek yogurt, vanilla, plain or peach
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup, or to taste
  • ¼ – ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, optional
